A sweet team
Marc Thomas is a chef who defines himself as independent, aloof and meticulous, highlighting the importance of the umami palate as an indispensable tool in the kitchen.
His parents taught him to cook at an early age. He started out as a “make your own breakfast” thing and became his mother’s kitchen help. Already at the age of 14 he obtained a junior position in a 4-star hotel.
After qualifying as a chef, he worked at various ends of the catering scale, always drawn to high-end food.
He loves to impress people with alternatives to their usual diet. He takes great pride in dessert reparations, where flavor and texture are of prime importance.
Natalia Gladysz, graduated in Art History in 2009 (University of Surrey, London, R. U.) has been an entrepreneur since the age of 23. She is Polish by origin and has recently been the winner of the 2019 Moneytrans Immigrant Entrepreneur Awards, in the category of Female Entrepreneur.
Her passion for pastry was inherited from her mother, Violetta, and her grandmother Irena.
On the other hand, with his partner Martin, he shares … a sincere love for food in general!
As a young girl, Silvia helped her grandmother to prepare cakes. She liked observing how the doughs rise in the oven and form their shapes. Above all, she liked the ceremony of being the first to taste them and seeing how others enjoy them.
Silvia has been studying and making sweets all her life since they are her passion. She holds a portfolio with hundreds of designs of all kinds, having a great experience in preparing cakes that don’t contain eggs, lactose or gluten. Flowers made by hand out of sugar paste are her personal trademark.
Violetta is trained in French art of cake-making and has been making birthday cakes since teenagehood. Her creations are 100% natural with well-balanced flavors, often finished with a touch of good cognac.
