Joya Cakes will do everything possible to please all its customers, but all orders are subject to the availability of the corresponding products: if supply difficulties occur, or if there are no items in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute products of equal or higher quality and value that you can order.

The prices of the products include VAT in force. Joya Cakes reserves the right to modify the sale prices at any time. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from our website at any time and / or remove or modify any material or content thereof. The payment of orders (made by phone or mail) can be made using the following methods:

* Bank transfer or deposit. It is essential to manage the order that the full amount already paid in the account provided by Joya Cakes appears or, failing that, the receipt or transfer receipt (sent to the email provided by Joya Cakes.

Delivery term

Joya Cakes undertakes to deliver the products to the delivery address that you indicate in the order. You can request the delivery of the products to another address and to a different natural person than the one who signed the order. Orders will not be delivered to PO boxes. In order to optimize delivery, we appreciate that you indicate an address where the order can be delivered within normal business hours. The postage derived from the shipments of the products will be reflected in the final note of the order.

Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday (except holidays).

Joya Cakes will not be responsible for delays in delivery that are not directly attributable to it and belong to the responsibility of the transport agency.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs will be communicated to the customer at the time of order confirmation. These expenses will be added to the price of the products. As general information, regardless of the minimum purchase, the shipping costs are € 2 in Axarquía and Costa Tropical, and € 16.00 in the rest of the province of Malaga, € 17.80 in the territory of Andalusia (apart from the province of Malaga) and € 20.08 in the rest of the Peninsula (Spain).
